Oh yes! thanks to the idea of the awesome 
i've made my first villain for my Paper Mario project! she and her little flying friend is currently unnamed, and i'd love some naming suggestions! I figured you have to use F.L.U.D.D to beat her (if you havent got the reference yet, go watch a movie or two 
)
She's the sister of Twinkles, and the two of them had a falling out, leading them to become enemies! she's not the main villain, as he will come up later!

She's modeled after the Wicked Witch of the West, but she also reminds me of Grunty from Banjo Kazooie.
